Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services provided by TheProjectSEO Digital (OPC) Private Limited (CIN: U73100JH2025OPC026020), operating as "EcommerceSEO" ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Description

EcommerceSEO provides specialized ecommerce digital marketing services, including:

  • Ecommerce SEO: Product page optimization, category architecture, technical SEO, and ongoing performance monitoring
  • Platform-Specific SEO: Shopify SEO, WooCommerce SEO, Magento SEO, and custom platform optimization
  • Content Services: Product descriptions, buying guides, category content, and blog content strategy
  • Analytics and Reporting: Revenue attribution, keyword tracking, competitor monitoring, and monthly strategy reports

The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

Invoicing

  • Invoices are issued at the beginning of each billing cycle or upon project milestone completion
  • Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date
  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
  • Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance

Refund Policy

  • Pre-commencement cancellation: Full refund of any prepaid fees
  • Work in progress: Payment for work completed to date, with remaining balance refunded
  • Monthly retainers: Non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. Cancel future cycles with 30 days notice
  • Completed deliverables: Fees for completed and delivered work are non-refundable

4. Intellectual Property

  • Client deliverables: Upon full payment, custom content and deliverables become the Client's property
  • Pre-existing materials: Each party retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property
  • Tools and methodologies: EcommerceSEO retains ownership of all proprietary tools, frameworks, and processes

5. Limitation of Liability

  • EcommerceSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months
  • We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic levels
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms including search engines

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
